Jason: When I was 18 years old, I moved to New York to become an actor. Before I moved, I landed an audition for one of my favorite TV shows, The Risk. I was so excited! Then, when I arrived at the audition center, they gave me my lines and as I read them my stomach dropped. I realized that the audition had nothing to do with The Risk! The ad that brought me to this audition cut off the second part of the name. It was a commercial for the risks of a new prescription drug!
Anna: No way! So, did you land the commercial?
Jason: Yes, I did. It wasn’t the road to fame I imagined, but I don’t think I was ready for a TV show anyway. Yes… good thing I didn’t quit my day job!
Anna: You got a funny story out of it, though!
Jason: I guess I did.
