Marissa is visiting Miami for the first time. She is getting around by bus. She asked the person at the front desk of her hotel for directions to the bus stop. The L Bus is now approaching the stop.
Marissa: Good Morning! I am trying to get to South Beach. Can I take the L?
Driver: Hello! Depends, where do you want to go exactly?
Marissa: I’m hoping to go to South Pointe Park.
Driver: You can take this bus up to 17th street and then transfer to the S which will leave you on 5th street. You can walk from there. It’s only about a 5 minute walk.
Marissa: Perfect. I’ll do that. Thanks! Can I have one ticket, then?
Driver: Yes, it will be $2.25.
Marissa: Here you go. Thanks again!
